Sales, marketing, making money online, and using AI to build things I couldn't build before.
I'm into sales, marketing, and figuring out how to make money online. Thats been the thread through everything I've done since 2021 — different ventures, different industries, but always the same core obsession. How do you get attention, turn it into revenue, and build something that actually sustains itself.
More recently I got deep into AI. Not because its trendy but because it lets me do stuff I genuinely could not do before. I built desktop apps. I automated outreach campaigns that would've taken a team of people. I created tools that write better cold emails than I can manually. A year ago I didn't know how to build any of that — I just started and figured it out along the way.
Before AI it was SEO and content marketing. Grew client traffic by 100% in six months, ran cold email campaigns doing 50k+ emails a month, built LinkedIn accounts from nothing to thousands of connections. I've started four different businesses since I was 18. Some worked, some didn't, all of them taught me something.
I don't really fit into one box. I'm not purely a marketer or a developer or a salesperson — I'm the guy who gets obsessed with a problem and doesn't stop until theres a working solution. Sometimes that means building a website, sometimes it means writing an AI agent, sometimes it means sending a lot of emails and seeing what sticks.
I've designed and built multiple websites across real estate and local SEO — full realtor sites with buyer/seller funnels and neighborhood guides, agency sites with results timelines and service breakdowns, high-conversion landing pages with competitor comparisons and testimonials. All built to drive leads not just look good.
